My career began in the world of software development. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science and industry experience in Hyderabad’s leading tech companies, I’ve worked on building solutions that address real-world challenges through smart, scalable technology.
While I continue to stay rooted in tech, my journey took a meaningful turn when I discovered my passion for people development. I became an Impact Certified Trainer and began focusing on areas that are critical to personal and professional success — leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness.
Today, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to deliver engaging, results-oriented training experiences. My sessions are known for being practical, insightful, and tailored to real needs — blending modern frameworks with relatable examples and actionable tools.
In addition to training, I’m actively involved with Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global leadership development organization. Through JCI, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor emerging leaders, conduct workshops, and contribute to community-impact projects. It’s a space that has enriched my own leadership journey while allowing me to give back meaningfully.
Outside of my work in tech and training, I also engage in affiliate marketing — promoting tools, services, and platforms that I believe offer genuine value. My approach is ethical, research-driven, and focused on helping people make informed decisions. At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: skills and mindset together create transformation.
